Aijaz Wani
Director-Strategy Accounts
Australia
Mr. Aijaz Wani leads Sales and Delivery for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, with full P&L responsibility. He brings over 20 years of global experience in IT services, including 18+ years in infrastructure and cloud domains across delivery, consulting, pre-sales, and business leadership roles.
He has a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programs, global delivery operations, and high-performing teams across enterprise and telecom clients. His expertise spans network transformation, infrastructure modernization, and digital workplace solutions.
Previously, he spent over 12 years at Tech Mahindra, where he led global delivery for network business units and contributed to building integrated delivery and consulting capabilities. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Wipro and IBM Global Services, further strengthening his experience in enterprise IT transformation and large-scale service delivery.

Ambreen Dhar
Chief Risk & Finance Officer (CRFO)
IndiaAmbreen Dhar brings over 20 years of experience in leading finance functions, driving commercial strategy, managing risk, advancing sustainability initiatives, and improving organisational performance. She joined ATNIS in March 2017 and is a member of the Executive Council. In her current role, she oversees the full finance portfolio, including Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Planning, Treasury, Taxation, and Investor Relations.
She has extensive cross-functional experience spanning Finance, Legal, and Internal Information functions within the IT and financial services sectors, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and supporting business growth and transformation.
Ambreen is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost & Works Accountant (CWA), and Company Secretary (CS) in India, and holds a Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI.

Rahul Upadhye
Business Unit Head- APAC Region
AustraliaMr. Rahul Upadhye is the Business Unit Head – APAC Region, responsible for driving sales growth and delivering innovative platform solutions across key industries, with a strong focus on BFSI and telecom. His expertise spans cloud and hybrid infrastructure, AI platforms, automation, cybersecurity, digital workplace, and enterprise applications. He also leads strategic alliances and joint go-to-market initiatives while building high-performing teams across the region.
With over 25 years of experience, Rahul has led large-scale transformation programs, managed services engagements, and architecture teams delivering next-generation solutions globally. He has a strong track record in designing and implementing enterprise platforms and driving digital transformation for global customers.
Prior to this role, he spent over 20 years at Tech Mahindra in senior leadership positions, including Regional Delivery Head – ANZ, Solutioning Lead – MEA & APAC, and Enterprise Architect across multiple industry verticals. He holds certifications in TOGAF, TM Forum, and Azure, and is based in Sydney.

Sami Ahmed
Director – Talent & Competency Development
SingaporeSami Ahmed is the Head of Talent & Competency Development at ATNIS, responsible for driving talent strategy and building a future-ready workforce aligned with business goals. He leads initiatives across workforce planning, capability development, and competency frameworks to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
With over 15 years of experience at Prudential Insurance and OCBC Bank, Sami brings strong expertise in talent management, workforce strategy, and organisational development within the financial services sector.
At ATNIS, he oversees learning programs, certification pathways, and reskilling initiatives, while working closely with business and HR leaders to address skill gaps and enhance overall workforce effectiveness.

Sami Rayyan
Director- Strategy Accounts
SingaporeSami Rayyan is a distinguished IT services leader and serves as Director – Strategy Accounts for the Singapore at ATNIS, a role he assumed in January 2016. With over 20 years of experience, he has held senior leadership positions at NTT, Oracle, NCR, and Dell Technologies, bringing strong strategic insight and operational expertise in driving business growth, partnerships, and cross-cultural teams.
At ATNIS, Sami has been instrumental in transforming the organisation from a pure-play Oracle managed services provider into a solutions-led business focused on digital transformation. He has also led key initiatives in delivery framework transformation and infrastructure management, improving service quality and customer outcomes.
He is a regular industry speaker and mentors start-ups in IT transformation services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Kuala Lumpur.

Umesh Kumbhar
Service Unit Head- Project Delivery & PMO
IndiaMr. Umesh Kumbhar leads Project Delivery and Governance for strategic accounts at ATNIS. He brings extensive global experience in IT services delivery, with expertise in defining Profit Impact of Market Strategy (PIMS) and delivering SUNSET models for managed infrastructure and cloud services. Over two decades, he has led large-scale project delivery across telecom, banking, retail, and enterprise clients.
At ATNIS, he also leads the PMO Advisory Council, aligning project priorities with business outcomes, customer strategy, and resource planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Previously at Tech Mahindra, where he spent over 12 years, Umesh led global IT delivery and service transformation programs, with a strong focus on ITIL-based implementation and service transition.
He is passionate about customer success and building a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on delivering business outcomes.

Vipin Kumar
Head – Technology & Partner Alliances
SingaporeMr. Vipin Kumar is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Alliances, responsible for driving global business growth and strategic partnerships. He has held senior Technical and Presales leadership roles at Amazon, NCR, and HCL, and has led transformation initiatives across Digital, Cloud, IoT, and BPO domains.
He has been instrumental in defining strategy and execution excellence, implementing delivery frameworks that enable customers to imagine, build, and run future-ready enterprises through process, technology, and people transformation.
With over 20 years of experience, Vipin brings strong expertise in business development, IT strategy, transformation, presales, and delivery, with a focus on hybrid cloud and open-source technologies. He has also served on the Partner Advisory Board of leading OEMs.

Mr. Gaurav Agarwal is the Service Unit Head for Digital and Cloud Services, bringing over 26 years of industry experience. He has more than two decades of expertise in the FinTech sector and has held multiple leadership roles across Digital and Cloud Services with leading multinational organisations.
Prior to his current role, he contributed to the development of innovative digital processes and policies at Accenture, where he served as a Senior Technology Manager – IT Services. He later moved to Singapore, where he led the IT development vertical for NCR Corporation Ltd.
Mr. Gaurav holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and a Bachelor’s degree in General Law from Mumbai University.
